KIST holds third AGM
KATHMANDU: The third AGM of KIST Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd was held here on Thursday. Hirendra Man Pradhan, Chandra Kumar Rai, Ram Prasad Dahal, and Kamal Prasad Gyawali were elected to the board from promoters. Likewise Madhusudhan Paudel and Q E D Investment Pvt Ltd were elected from shareholders. — HNS
Illegal herbs seized
SUNSARI: Police have seized illegal herbs being peddled by an Indian trader in the local bazaar. According to the area police office, the peddler has been selling illegal herbs over the past few days without any certification. The herbs were seized in response to complaints from the Consumers’ Forum and the town police. — RSS

URLABARI: A three-day long free house wiring training held at Belbari VDC by Cottage and Small Industries Office, Morang, concluded here. Some 14 youths from different VDCs in the district were trained on house wiring and other electric works. — RSS
