KATHMANDU: The cabinet meeting appointed Lekh Nath Bhusal the new deputy governor of Nepal Rastra Bank. Governor Bijaya Nath Bhattarai administered him the oath of office on Friday at NRB head office. Bhusal was working as executive director at the human resource department. — HNS
