MoU signed

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Ltd and Nepal Telecom Company Ltd has signed an agreement on cash collection of NT office at Biratanagar, Rani and Tankisinwari and cash card sale amount collection from directorate office at Bhairawa, states the press statement issued. According to the press statement issued, the bank till date has registered total deposit collection of Rs 13.69 billion and total credit flow of Rs 10.25 billion. During the last fiscal year the bank distributed total cash dividend of 10 per cent.

Prudential’s growth

KATHMANDU: Prudential Finance Company Ltd has introduced Prudential High Growth fixed deposit account offering 12 per cent interest in deposit from Wednesday. This offer entitled accident insurance equal to fixed deposit amount. The company has increased interest then earlier and offering from 7.5 per cent to 9.5 per cent in saving accounts and from 9 per cent to 12.75 per cent in fixed deposit. The company is planning to offer 1:2 rights shares within the fiscal year 2009-10.
