KATHMANDU: Booking of Sunshine apartments started on Saturday. The Apartment has 95 apartments — nine one-bedroom, 56 two-bedroom and 30 three bed-room — spread over 4.5 ropani of land, said Super Builders Pvt Ltd. The price of the apartments rages from Rs 1.9 million to Rs 6.5 million. It has offered a facility of 24 months installment and 80 per cent banking finance for five to 25 years from Citizens’ Bank. — HNS
