NPA team tour

KATHMANDU: Uday Narsingh Shrestha, president of Nepal Printers’ Association (NPA), and its seven members will leave on Friday to participate in the South Asian Print Congress Meet being organised in Sri Lanka from March 28 to 29. According to a press statement, the event will focus on encouraging manpower, technology and workshops for skill development. The team will return on April 3. — HNS

Goods seized

MAHOTTARI: Armed Police Force (AFP) seized goods smuggled from India at Sahasaula chowk of Mahottari district. Among the seized goods are iron rods, cement, hardware products and others. The district police said the contraband haul was worth at least Rs 1,25,000. — RSS
