KATHMANDU: Diyalo Bikash Bank during its second Annual General Meet on Saturday decided to increase its paid up capital to Rs 65 million. According to a press release, the bank is also planning to float Rs 35 million primary shares soon. The bank is already in profit within a year of starting its operations. — HNS

New cooperative

KATHMANDU: Khutruke Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd at Basundhara got inaugurated. The cooperative is focused on the development of small cottage industries and has plans to give support in the construction of hospital, school, college and housing companies, investment companies, hydropower companies and business houses, said a press statement.
