Sebon approves IPO

KATHMANDU: Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has approved the issue of 30,00,000-unit IPO of Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN) at the face value of Rs 100 per unit. NMB Bank is the issue and sales manager for the IPO, states a Sebon press release. — HNS
