KATHMANDU: Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN) on Sunday expressed deep concern over the incident that occurred on Friday at Hotel del’ Annapurna. In a press statement, HAN strongly appealed to the government to take precautions not to repeat such incidents in the future so that the hospitality industry could function. — HNS

GAUSHALA: Police on Saturday seized imported-from-India and tax-evaded 22 sacks of cement and four quintals of iron rods India from Nigaul VDC of Mahottari district. Another police team seized 15 quintals of sugar and 36 litres of cooking oil illegally imported after avoiding taxes from Jutpani in Sarlahi district. — RSS
