Civil’s rights shares

KATHMANDU: The third AGM of Civil Merchant Bittiya Sanstha Ltd decided to give 1:1 rights share. It has also posted a net profit of Rs 3.5 million within the fiscal year 2063-64, states a press release. Goenka’s TMT bar

KATHMANDU: Goenka Steels Private Ltd (GSPL) is bringing Averol Brand TMT bar in the market. The company claims that the TMT rod — produced by ‘Thermo-Mechanical Treatment (TMT)’ and strong and flexible — would be the first of its kind in Nepal. The Fe 500 grade Averol TMT rod would be safe and durable for construction, states a press release. These rods with more flexibility would be more useful to build earthquake-proof houses. PFL holds 11th AGM

KATHMANDU: Pokhara Finance Ltd (PFL) held its 11th AGM on Friday. By the end of Falgun, it has collected more than Rs 95,05,91,274 deposit while it has released Rs 83,48,28,063 as loan, states a press release. It has also posted a operating profits of Rs 4,93,34,831 during the period. It is going to provide e-banking, ATM and 365 days banking services soon. — HNS
