Mobile expo in offing

KATHMANDU: Mobile Association of Nepal is going to organise first ever comprehensive exhibition of cellular mobile phones in Kathmandu on May 15-18, states a press release. The exhibition, at Direction Exhibition and Convention Centre, is designed to enable visitors to gain information and insight of latest revolutions in global mobile technologies and provide a platform for mobile operators, dealers, retailers and consumers.— HNS

FNCCI nomination

KATHMANDU: Today is the last day of nomination for FNCCI election. Chandi Raj Dhakal and Kush Kumar Joshi has filed nominations for its presidency, while for vice-presidents, Ajad Shrestha is contesting against Krishna Prasad Tamrakar; Bhaskar Rajrajkarnikar, Kumud Dugud, Kiran Sakha, Rohini Thapalia and Akhil Chapagain are contesting for a seat; and Pradip Jung Pandey, Kumud Dugud and Laxmi Bahadur Shrestha are contesting for a seat. — HNS
