Cuba, India ink accord

HAVANA: Cuba and India have signed a cooperation and technical assistance agreement for the development of renewable energy sources. The pact was signed on Thursday by Cuban deputy minister for science, technology and environment and visiting Indian minister for new and renewable energy minister. The pact calls for the exchange of information on renewable energy sources and the training of Cuban scientists. — EFE
