KATHMANDU: NMB Bank Ltd has made changes in its Board of Directors. Pawan Kumar Golyan of Golyan Group has been chosen chairman of the Board. According to a press statement, Aatma Ram Murarka, Purushottam Lal Shangai, Employee Provident Fund and Young Reality SDN BHD are members of the Board.
