McDowell’s No 1 in litre pack

In tune with its growing popularity, McDowell Nepal Ltd has added another 1st in its business with the introduction of McDowell’s No.1 Whisky in 1 litre bottle. The one litre bottle is available at Rs 575, against the 750 ml bottle, which is currently available for Rs 475. Ideal for big occasions and bulk buying, this one litre bottle is a blessing for all restaurants and bar owners, and people expecting a large gathering of friends for cocktails or marriage occasions, states a press release issued by the company. Both 750 ml and one litre case carries nine litres of whisky each, 750 ml Bottle case carries 12 bottles of 750 ml (equalling 750 ml X 12 btls= 9 litres), vis-à-vis 1ltr bottle case carries 9 bottles of 1 Litre (equa-lling 1 ltr X 9 btls=9 litres). One can save Rs 525 per case while buying 1 litre case.

Samsung’s new refrigerator system

Samsung has added a new technology, silver nano health system, in its all-new products to make life easier for consumers. The Samsung range in Nepal has also launched the silver nano-health system in its new product line. Samsung refrigerators are launched with the idea of the new world health enhancing product line. The silver nano health-system is provided with bacteria resistant technology that keeps food fresh and without bacteria and fungus, states a press release issued here today. The silver particles that is generated by this system react with bacteria, fungus, algae and virus, and suppress their respiration thus keeping the refrigerator 99.9 per cent germ free, claims the release.
