Brand watch: New scheme floated for Bajaj Platina

Hansraj Hulaschand Co Pvt Ltd, the sole authorised dealer of Bajaj for Nepal’s No 1 two-wheeler brand, has brought an offer, ‘Rs 50 Ma Platina’.

“Bajaj has been coming up with innovative and effective ideas as part of its commitment to serve customers in the best possible manner,” states a press release issued here today.

Priced at Rs 1,02,900, the Platina is now available at 30 per cent down payment, zero per cent interest and maximum loan tenure of four years. Under this scheme, each equal monthly installment amounts to Rs 1,499, working out to just Rs 50 per day, which according to the company is the sum that an average commuter travelling by public transportation spends everyday.

“The Bajaj Platina is more affordable with this scheme that’s bound to make consumers sit up and take notice,” claims the release adding that the economy bike comes with a two-year warranty.

From its sleek, chrome finish design and premium alloy wheels to its technical superiority boasting an outstanding mileage of 108-kmpl and trademark SNS suspension system and ExhausTEC, the company claims that the Platina will give a customer a run for his money.

Raju Chettri, the GM of Hansraj Hulaschand Co Pvt Ltd is optimistic about the public response to the latest scheme.
