Japan MP meets PM
KATHMANDU: Japanese member of parliament and former labour minister Hidehisha Otsuji met with Prime Minister Madhav Nepal at the latter’s residence in Baluwatar. During the meeting, Otsuji discussed Nepal-Japan bilateral ties and other matters of mutual interest, said the PM’s political advisor Rajan Bhattarai.
Fund collection
BHAKTAPUR: Over Rs 14 lakh was collected during the Dhan Dhanyanchal Mahayagaya held at Madhyapur Thimi to collect funds for the support of Adarsha Higher Secondary School and Om Shiva Shakti Kalyani Kendra. Committee treasurer Hari Bahadur Shrestha said that the school needs its own building.
