“ With advancement in information and communication technology (ICT) there are more than

40 lakh people using mobile phones but still consumers are

facing problems with mobile phones,” said MAN president Ambika Prasad Dhakal.

“We are organizing this expo to provide consumers a chance to have direct interaction with various mobile service providers,” he said.

According to MAN, the expo is mainly focused on mobile software information, with laptop computers as the added attraction of the event. “Mobile phones and laptops are interlinked with different services and laptops are portable equipment, so we are also including laptops in the mobile expo,” said Dhakal.

Another major attraction will be introduction of software used to get information about the mobile in case of its theft or loss, said MAN.
