KATHMANDU: The preparation for the seventh Chitwan International Industrial Expo 2023 has been completed.
The objective of the expo, with the slogan 'Big International Industrial Exhibition for Sustainable Economic Development', is to promote entrepreneurship, foster industrial development, and encourage cooperation in the growth of industrial productivity. Organised by Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) and Chitwan Industry Association (CIA), exhibition is scheduled to take place at the Chitwan Exhibition Centre in Bharatpur from May 5.
The Minister of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies of the federal government, Ramesh Rijal, will be inaugurating the exhibition.
The three-day long exhibition will showcase a diverse range of industries, including construction, agriculture, automobiles, furniture, engineering, metal, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing, packaging, plastics, tourism, food and beverage, and other service-oriented industries.
