Mani Shankar Aiyar, petroleum minister on Wednesday urged state-run oil companies to seek foreign collaboration in refineries while assuring them that their investment would not be impacted by the fuel pricing policy. “We are not going to get inward investment in refining unless we see ourselves as partners outside,” he said urging oil companies to “go out and invest overseas” in countries like Romania and Angola.
