Dharahara Fund gets Rs 1.84 million
KATHMANDU: The fund set up to rebuild Dharahara as part of campaign titled ‘I will rebuild Dharahara’ has received Rs 1.84 million on Monday. The amount was received from ministers, state ministers and assistant ministers under the current Council of Ministers, who contributed their one month’s salary to the fund, as per a statement. The total collection of the fund has now totalled Rs 2.07 million. Prior to this, the fund had received contribution from Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun and National Reconstruction Authority CEO Sushil Gyewali, among others.
