ECC-Nepal honours industry captains

KATHMANDU: European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industries (ECC) Nepal, in its fourth annual

general meeting (AGM) here on Friday, awarded three prominent entrepreneurs. Ambika Shrestha was awarded for her contribution to tourism. She is the owner of heritage award winner Dwarika Hotel and Kathmandu Tours and Travel. Min Bahadur Gurung, owner of Bhatbhateni departmental store, was awarded for his role in promoting departmental store culture in Nepal.

ECC-Nepal awarded Dr Upendra Mahato for his role in uniting non resident Nepalis (NRN) in 45 countries of the globe. He is also a multinational industrialist based in several countries of the former United Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) apart from Nepal.
