Kathmandu, January 31:

Rajendra Kumar Khetan has been unanimously appointed to the post of chairman of Everest

Insurance Company Ltd (EICL).

Prior to this, Khetan was vice-chairman of the company. The meeting also appointed Chandra Prakash Khetan as a board member of the company.

Established in 2051 BS, Everest Insurance is a leading general insurance company, states a press release.
