KATHMANDU: Nepal Furniture and Furnishing Association plans to organise the fourth Furnex Nepal 2015 on October 1 to 5 at the Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu. With the aim to promote the furniture and furnishing industry, the five day expo will have 17 small and 45 big stalls. There will be stalls showcasing furnishing, office and home furniture, prefab houses, vastu, home appliances along with home decorators. The exhibition will be sponsored by Shaan Furniture and managed by the DRCS Event

Management with support from Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Nepal Chambers of Commerce. To promote interior designing  which is directly involved in the furniture and furnishing industry, like every year there will be an interior design competition among students. The organiser expects it to be one of the significant events for the development of furniture and furnishing sector.
