KATHMANDU: Samsung, a global leader in technology and innovation, has unveiled the much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 in the Nepali market through an unpacked event.

These phones were revealed by Sung June Park, vice-president of Samsung Electronics, Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, director of Samsung Nepal and Priyanka Rani Joshi, Miss Nepal 2022, as per a media release. During the event, various features of Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 such as pocketability, cover screen, flex mode, large screen, immersive viewing, cover screen selfie and IPX8 were showcased.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 delivers a stylish, unique foldable experience from a pocket-sized device. It is available in three colours - Mint Green, Lavender and Graphite. The model comes in a single variant (8+256GB) and is priced at Rs 139,999. Offering an immersive, large screen and a long-lasting battery in the thinnest, lightest Fold yet, Galaxy Z Fold5 delivers the most powerful performance in the Galaxy Z series. The Galaxy Z Fold5 is available in two colours - Phantom Black and Icy Blue and comes in two storage variations.

The Galaxy Z Fold5 (12+256GB) is priced at Rs 226,999 and the Galaxy Z Fold5 (12+512GB) at Rs 239,999. The pre-order started from August 7, with consumers getting to choose between offers with benefits up to Rs 25,000. Moreover, with Samsung Insta Finance powered by HFL, consumers can own the all new foldables at zero per cent interest rate EMI starting from Rs 7,000.
