KATHMANDU: The 10th annual general meeting of Global IME Bank was held on Monday, with endorsement of 15.76 per cent bonus shares for its shareholders from the profits earned in fiscal year 2015-16.

The AGM also elected Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Sudhrid Raj Ghimire and Pawan Kumar Bhimsariya from among founder shareholders and Sudarshan Krishna Shrestha, Suman Pokharel and Suraj Kumar Shrestha from among the general shareholders to its board, as per a media release.
