Weekly drop reaches Rs 20,600; silver rebounds by Rs 80 per tola

Gold price continued their downward trajectory in the domestic market on Tuesday, dropping by Rs 1,600 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Fine gold is being traded at Rs 273,900 per tola, down from Rs 275,500 per tola on Monday. The precious metal has seen a sharp decline of Rs 20,600 per tola so far this week.
In contrast, silver price posted a modest recovery, rising by Rs 80 per tola. Silver is currently being traded at Rs 4,505 per tola, up from Rs 4,425 per tola a day earlier, the federation said.
