KATHMANDU: Gold price reached a new high of Rs. 31,100 per tola today, according to Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (NEGOSIDA).

Gold was traded for $ 1088 per ounce on Thursday, raising the trading price in the domestic market. Tej Ratna Shakya, president of NEGOSIDA said the strength or weakness of the US dollar influences the gold price.
