The price of gold has reached a new all-time high in the domestic market after increasing by Rs 600 per tola on Sunday.
With this surge, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 176,800 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association. On Friday, gold was priced at Rs 176,200 per tola.
In contrast, the price of silver has declined by Rs 15 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs 2,040 per tola, has now dropped to Rs 2,025 per tola.
