The gold price dropped by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Monday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 141,000 per tola, down from Rs 142,000 per tola on Sunday.

Similarly, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 140,300 per tola, in contrast to Rs 141,300 per tola on Sunday.

Meanwhile, silver continued to decline in the Nepali market, dropping by Rs 15 per tola on Monday to trade at Rs 1,835 per tola.

It had previously dropped by Rs 25 per tola on Sunday compared to Friday.
