KATHMANDU, MAY 3

The price of gold declined by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic bullion market on Sunday, while silver recorded a gain.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 295,100 per tola, down from Rs 296,100 per tola on Friday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs 65 per tola. The white metal, which was traded at Rs 4,945 per tola on Friday, has risen to Rs 5,010 per tola today.
