The price of fine gold declined further in the domestic market on Friday, falling by Rs 2,800 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

The federation said fine gold is being traded at Rs 314,200 per tola on Friday, down from Rs 317,000 per tola on Thursday.

Gold prices had already fallen by Rs 2,000 per tola on Thursday, when the rate dropped from Rs 319,000 per tola recorded on Wednesday, indicating a continued downward trend in the domestic bullion market.

Similarly, the price of silver also declined in the Nepali market on Friday. According to the federation, silver fell by Rs 20 per tola, with the price dropping from Rs 5,515 per tola on Thursday to Rs 5,495 per tola on Friday.
