KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 8

The domestic gold price took a dip of Rs 200 per tola, while silver followed suit with a decrease of Rs 5 per tola, on Thursday.

Just a day before, on Wednesday, gold had surged by Rs 600 per tola, whereas silver held steady.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FeNeGoSiDA), fine gold is currently being traded at Rs 118,400 per tola, compared to Wednesday's rate of Rs 118,600 per tola.

Likewise, Tejabi gold is now priced at Rs 117,850 per tola as opposed to Wednesday's Rs 118,050 per tola.

Similarly, silver's price dropped on Thursday, now trading at Rs 1,370 per tola instead of Wednesday's rate of Rs 1,375 per tola.
