KATHMANDU, JULY 24

After a significant surge on Wednesday, the gold price in the domestic market fell by Rs 2,400 per tola on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 195,200 per tola, down from Rs 197,600 per tola the previous day.

Similarly, silver also saw a slight drop in price. After increasing by Rs 30 per tola on Wednesday, it declined by Rs 15 per tola on Thursday. The current market rate for silver stands at Rs 2,335 per tola, down from Rs 2,350 per tola.
