The price of fine gold increased by Rs 3,800 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 317,000 per tola, up from Rs 313,200 per tola on Monday.
Meanwhile, silver also surged by Rs 310 per tola in a single day. The federation said silver is being traded at Rs 5,720 per tola today, compared to Rs 5,410 per tola on Monday.
