The price of gold increased by Rs 600 per tola on Thursday in the domestic market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 142,800 per tola today, up from Rs 142,200 per tola on Wednesday. The price of fine gold had remained stable at Rs 142,200 since Monday.
Similarly, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs 142,100 per tola, compared to Rs 141,500 per tola on Wednesday.
In addition, the price of silver also rose today, reaching Rs 1,840 per tola, marking a Rs 35 increase from Wednesday's rate of Rs 1,805 per tola.
