KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 21

The price of gold continued its upward trend on Thursday, rising by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the fine gold is currently valued at Rs 164,000 per tola, an increase from Rs 163,000 per tola the previous day.

The price of gold has been on a steady incline throughout the week. Earlier this week, it was rated at Rs 160,000 per tola on Sunday, with increases of Rs 1,100 per tola on Monday, Rs 1,000 per tola on Tuesday, and Rs 900 per tola on Wednesday.

In contrast, the price of silver remained stable at Rs 1,950 per tola today, unchanged from the previous day.
