The domestic gold market witnessed a notable surge, with prices climbing by Rs 1,100 per tola, on Thursday. Following suit, silver price also experienced an increase of Rs 20 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has reached Rs 127,900 per tola today, marking a significant rise from yesterday's rate of Rs 126,800 per tola. This uptick follows a Rs 400 increase per tola on Wednesday from Tuesday's rate.
Similarly, tejabi gold is currently being traded at Rs 127,300 per tola, compared to yesterday's rate of Rs 126,200 per tola.
Meanwhile, after witnessing a drop of Rs 15 per tola on Wednesday, the price of silver rebounded today, increasing by Rs 20 per tola to reach Rs 1,510 per tola.
