Silver jumps Rs 145 in single day as precious metals rally in domestic market

Gold price increased by Rs 1,600 per tola in Nepal's domestic market on Sunday, edging closer to the all-time high recorded earlier this year.
Fine gold traded at Rs 252,200 per tola, up from Rs 250,600 per tola on Friday, approaching the record high of Rs 258,800 per tola set on Asoj 31.
Silver surged significantly, rising Rs 145 per tola in a single day. The precious metal traded at Rs 3,490 per tola on Sunday, up from Rs 3,345 per tola recorded on Friday.
