KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 29

Gold price in the domestic market reached a record high on Wednesday, soaring to Rs 119,300 per tola.

This surge marks a substantial increase of Rs 1,600 per tola from the previous day's trading, where fine gold was valued at Rs 117,700 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Associations (FeNeGoSiDA).

Similarly, worked gold, too, experienced a notable rise, now priced at 118,750 per tola, as opposed to Rs 117,150 per tola on Tuesday.

In parallel, the silver market witnessed a shift, with silver now being traded at Rs 1,520 per tola, deviating from the previous day's rate of Rs 1,500 per tola.
