Green Hill City plans

KATHMANDU: Green Hill City has announced it is transforming into a public company within this year. Issuing a press statement on Monday, the company has also said that it will make 95 residential houses in Imadol of Lalitpur. The residential area spread over 246,420 square feet is 2.2 kilometres away from Gwarko square. The residential complex will house five different types of buildings of 2.5 storeys. The areas of buildings will range from 1,369 square feet to 5,133.75 square feet, and all the buildings will be earthquake-resistant. “We have aimed to finish the project within the year 2075 BS (mid-April, 2018),” says the statement. Besides this, construction of 800 houses on 1,752,320 square feet has been started in Green Hill City Mulpani, Kathmandu. “Seventy per cent of the houses have already been sold.” Similarly the company has built 147 houses in Rose Village Green Hill in Balkot and it plans to hand over this project to the community this year. Likewise, company is going to launch its new projects in Gokarna, Bhainsepati and Duwakot.
