KATHMANDU: Himalayan Bank Ltd (HBL) unveiled its mobile banking application called High-MB on Tuesday.

In a launch programme, the bank’s Senior General Manager Ejaz Qadeer Gill, announced the operation of the mobile banking application.

Unveiled with the slogan of ‘Here is your new bank’ and ‘Big bank in small size’ the new application allows account holders to know details about their bank accounts, manage cheques, get information on the loans consumed by the account holder and other services of Himalayan Bank, the bank stated in a statement.

Similarly, account holders can also issue different bill payments through the app and get information on every transaction of their accounts.

“Launching the app is a part of the bank’s priority to strengthen IT security,” said Ujjwal Rajbhandari, deputy general manager of bank.
