KATHMANDU: An agreement has been reached between IGI Prudential Insurance Ltd (IGIPL) and the Neelakantha Municipality regarding the provision of safety insurance for farmers, livestock and their crops.
The agreement was signed by Shiva Prasad Lamichhane, chief manager of the IGI Prudential Insurance Ltd, and Purushottam Subedi, the chief administrative officer on behalf of Neelkantha Municipality, as per a press release.
Following the agreement, all the farmers in Neelkantha Municipality can safely insure their livestock and crops from IGI Prudential Insurance Ltd.
