KATHMANDU: International Leasing and Finance Co Ltd (ILFCO), a joint venture company between Nepal and Korea, is going to hold it’s 10th AGM on Thursday, according to a press release. ILFCO has the authoris-ed capital of Rs 0.24 billion. It has also proposed 10.53 per cent dividend. ILFCO provides hire and purchase, hou-sing, term, working capital loans, finances project thr-ough syndication and leasing financing. It’s deposits are fixed under cumulative interest and regular interest payment schemes, recurring and saving deposits.
