KATHMANDU: Revolutionising the automobile sector in Nepal, Shanker Group, one of the most prestigious industries in the nation has expanded its reach. One of Shanker Group’s top brand names, Jagdamba has announced its reach into the automobile sector with Jagdamba Motors, as per a press statement issued on Tuesday.

The third largest manufacturer of two-wheelers in India and among the top 10 of the world, TVS Motor Company has appointed Jagdamba Motors as its sole distributor for Nepal. Nine state-of-the-art showrooms have been inaugurated within Kathmandu Valley. The two companies have also unveiled three new products — Starcity Plus, new Phoenix and Zest.
