KATHMANDU: Jebils Finance has appointed Sunrise Capital as the issue manager to issue 2.31 million units of its rights shares. Laxmi Lal Nakarmi, chief executive officer of Jebils Finance and Bijaya Lal Shrestha, chief executive officer of Sunrise Capital, signed the agreement to this effect on Thursday.

The annual general meeting of Jebils Finance, held on July 7, approved the proposal of issuing 40 per cent rights shares.
