Jin concludes Nepal visit

Kathmandu: Liqun Jin, vice-president of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) today concluding his four-day long visit to Nepal reiterated ADB’s commitment to assist Nepal’s social and economic development.

“The Constituent Assembly election is a vital step forward,” he said, lauding the government’s role of commitment to nation’s reform and development efforts. During his stay in Nepal, he met with the Premier, ministers and government officials apart from giving a key-note address at the inaugural of Nepal-Donor consultative meeting. He also visited ADB-funded projects.
