KATHMANDU: Kumari Bank Ltd (KBL) opened a new branch in Bhairahawa of Rupandehi district on Wednesday.

The bank has been able to collect a deposit of Rs 12.78 billion and floated loan worth Rs 11.34 million in the fiscal year 2007-08, said a press release. The bank has posted an operating profit of Rs 336.184 million the same fiscal year.
