KATHMANDU: Laxmi Capital Market Ltd has entered into an agreement to manage the issue and sale of 3.667 million ordinary shares of Unitech Hydropower Co Ltd at Rs 100 each worth Rs 366.70 million.
The agreement was signed by Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Capital Rajeev Sapkota behalf and Managing Director of Unitech Hydropower Vishwa Prakash Amatya, on behalf of their respective organisations, as per a media release.
Unitech Hydropower has completed more than 90 per cent of construction of 5.8 MW Upper Fawakhola Hydropower Project located in Fawakhola, Tiringe and Sikaicha villages of Taplejung district.
