KATHMANDU: A top notch global speaker from Singapore David Lim is addressing the gathering of Nepali professionals in a programme being hosted by National Banking Institute (NBI) on September 25.

Lim is an internationally acclaimed motivational and leadership coach who has addressed professionals in over 71 cities and 29 countries, as per a press statement issued on Monday.  Lim is best known for leading the landmark first Singapore Everest Expedition in 1998 and second in 2001.

Partially disabled from a devastating rare nerve disorder since 1998, his comeback story made the cover of the Readers Digest magazine in 2001, and has since been translated into eight languages. He worked in media for nearly a decade until 1999. Lim is also an associate meta-coach, certified practitioner in neuro-semantics and neuro-linguistics programming.

His coaching practice has been widely profiled in Wall Street Journal and The Straits Times newspaper. Lim is a certified speaking professional.
