TAPLEJUNG: An authorised showroom of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited has been opened in Fungling, the district headquarters of Taplejung, by the company's authorised distributor for Nepal, Agni Incorporated Pvt Ltd.

Province 1 members Bal Bahadur Samsohang, Hom Kumari Sanwa, and Country Director of Mahindra and Mahindra Tapas Patanayak jointly inaugurated the showroom amid a function on Monday.

“Setting up of Mahindra showroom in a remote district like Taplejung is a matter of joy. I wish good luck to the team for continuance of the project,” said province member Samsohang, while inaugurating the showroom.

Pick-up vans, jeeps, and tractors of the Mahindra company are on display at present, informed Sangita Traders and Suppliers, an authorised company in the area for selling and repairing Mahindra automobiles.

Likewise, a vehicle repair shop has also been opened.
