KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Marriott Hotel and Fairfield by Marriott have announced that they have been awarded 'A' for food safety rating by the government of Nepal's Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development and Department of Food Technology and Quality Control.

This recognition is a testament to the hotel's unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, ensuring the well-being of its guests and staff, as per a media release.

The 'A' Rating System is based on a comprehensive evaluation of food safety and hygiene practices, including food handling, preparation, storage, and service.

The hotel's food safety practices were found to be of the highest standard, meeting or exceeding all government requirements.
